Adult Fitness Classes

 

Our adult fitness classes are designed to incorporate the principles and techniques of dance into fun, challenging exercise classes for adults of all ages and skill levels! These workout classes are available to parents of dancers as well as the wider community and can be purchased as class packs or individual drop-in classes. We are an encouraging, supportive, and positive accountability group! Our classes are inexpensive and take away the hassle of going to the gym. We offer our classes live in the studio or virtually through Zoom! Virtual classes allow our participants to join us from states outside of CT and for those who prefer to workout at home not in a group setting.

BARRE

Full body workout inspired by elements of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet. Sculpt, life and tone your body with this fun blend of cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance, and core conditioning.

BeachBody

A variety of workouts that can be as quick as 30 minutes a class. We project workouts by world class trainers and follow along. Get moving and get healthier with us! This isn’t a dance class so there’s no excuses!



Join us for Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness runs every Monday for an hour. Let’s dance! This class will make you sweat and boost your cardio endurance while having a good time. This isn’t your typical Zumba class. We have fun music and unique choreography which helps make it an incredible workout. Don’t miss out!
